Job summary

The Client of Eram Talent seeks an experienced QA QC Manager to oversee the quality of housing renovation and refurbishment works by contractors and subcontractors. You will ensure compliance with drawings, project specs, codes, and the Project Quality Plan from initial inspections through handover.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review ITPs and method statements, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs and deliver periodic quality reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in housing renovation or building rehabilitation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan procedures and inspection requirements.
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary QA/QC teams.
• Review method statements, ITPs, material submissions, and quality docs.
• Monitor renovation activities including demolition and MEP works.
• Coordinate inspections, material approvals, testing and commissioning.
• Identify quality issues, manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits for compliance.
• Manage snagging, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover docs.
• Monitor contractor performance and prepare quality KPIs.

The QA QC Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of housing renovation and refurbishment works performed by contractors and subcontractors The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with approved drawings project specifications contractual requirements applicable codes and the Project Quality Plan from initial site inspections through final handover

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan procedures and inspection requirements
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary Civil Architectural Electrical and Mechanical QA QC teams
• Review method statements Inspection and Test Plans ITPs material submittments and quality documentation
• Monitor renovation activities including demolition structural repairs waterproofing finishes MEP works and reinstatement
• Coordinate inspections material approvals testing and commissioning with the client and consultant
• Identify quality issues manage Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved standards
• Manage snagging final inspections as-built drawings O amp M manuals and project handover documentation
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and prepare periodic quality reports and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction and building projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position.
• Proven experience in housing renovation, residential refurbishment, or building rehabilitation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, inspections, NCR management, testing and commissioning, and handover processes.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary quality teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• PMP, RMP, and Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Registration with the relevant local engineering authority, where required.
