Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Site O&M Lead for the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance on site.

The role may be on-site with potential remote elements, and involves driving trends analysis, corrective actions, and strong leadership across the workforce. You will ensure work is performed within Quality Control standards, supervise site activities, and coordinate with client and company management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the broad spectrum of operation & maintenance function.
• Knowledge of standards pertaining to SFG20, C4, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance; environmental safety work practices.
• Happy to work in remote location.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on Site.
• Analyse trends and take corrective action.
• Ensure responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated.
• Provide leadership, maintain good personnel relations and provide support.
• Structure and maintain information / communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
• Ensure that works are established within established Quality Control Standards.
• Apply the principles and techniques of site-supervision including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership and control, and maintaining of discipline.
• Manage and monitor training/support for Saudi Trainees, as and when required.
• Monitor career development and appraise site personnel.
• Coordinate and liaise with Client and with the Company’s Project, Operations and Commercial Management
