Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution.

• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and site teams.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and client review.
• Coordinate submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents.
• Maintain records of spare parts and punch-list items.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, representing project interests as needed.
• Support resolution of engineering and project-related issues with technical teams.
• Review project invoices for accuracy and alignment with terms.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
