We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical substation projects. The role is responsible for coordinating technical and administrative activities, monitoring project schedules and deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and site teams
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and client review
• Coordinate submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts and punch-list items
• Monitor and follow up on the closure of pending technical and administrative issues
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, representing project interests as needed
• Support the resolution of engineering and project-related issues in coordination with technical teams
• Review project invoices for accuracy and alignment with contractual terms
