Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10–15 years of experience, with 5+ years in the same role.
• MBA holder highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise system testing and manage field activities.
• Verify materials and protection requirements per contract and standard.
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, and documentation to comply with client requirements.
• Study and comply with construction procedures, SOPs, JSAs and RA safety procedures.
• Plan manpower with accurate time-frame estimations aligned to scope and client needs.
• Coordinate installation drawings, participate in commissioning and handover, and address defects.
• Monitor construction performance and ensure tasks align with plans and drawings.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are understood and followed by all contractors.
• Assist onsite team to ensure subcontractors meet program and sequence.
• Raise issues that affect progress and maintain quality and benchmarks.
• Develop and obtain punch list clearance at site.
• Verify RMI / RFI qualifications with consultants.
• Attend client meetings and record closure points.
• Submit progress reports to the project manager.
• Follow official tasks assigned by BU manager.
