A leading company in the region is seeking a candidate for store management responsibilities in Jeddah. The role involves daily visits to stores, ensuring promotions are executed properly, monitoring stock levels, collecting reports, and training staff regularly. Responsibilities

• Collect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter.
• Implementation of the new procedures for hygiene and promotions.
• Conduct daily store visits and follow up on LPO done by the souk.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisors and section managers.
• Ensure the weekly promotions are implemented properly.
• Oversee daily staff scheduling and transfers between stores.
• Implement hygiene procedures effectively.
• Monitor stock levels in warehouse and counter.
• Conduct monthly stock taking and market surveys.
• Provide staff training during every visit.
• Execute instructions from the Key Account Manager.
• Collect sales report and invoices from clients.

Job description

• ᴧImplementation of the new procedures (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
• ᴧDaily store visits
• ᴧFollow up of the LPO done by the souk.
• ᴧDaily communication with supervisor and section manager of our client
• ᴧMake sure that the promotion of the week is implemented.
• ᴧDaily follow up of the staff (transfer between stores, staff scheduling etc…)
• ᴧEnsure proper implementation of hygine procedures
• ᴧStock follow up (warehouse + counter)
• ᴧStock taking once per month.
• ᴧMarket survey twice per month,
• ᴧStaff training to every visit.
• ᴧImplement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
• ᴧCollect the sales report and invoice from our client.
