• Understand customer needs and provide solutions with our products and services.
• Lead showroom team in giving demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Build strong relations with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor product display and keep it updated and organized.
• Follow sales procedures like payments entry and sale invoices.
• Close sales deals and document installed sites.
• Ensure compliance with sales terms and company policies.
• Drive yearly sales objectives by product volume, value and price.
• Coordinate with merchandising for display plans and design concepts.
• Coordinate with brand management, logistics and other departments as required.
• Maintain customer records and submit sales reports as required.
