• Monitor showroom issues and report them to the Showroom Manager.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Showroom Sales Coordinator to support daily showroom operations and contribute to providing a seamless customer experience, from the first interaction through order completion and delivery.

Job Objective:

Support smooth daily showroom operations and provide an exceptional customer experience, starting from welcoming customers, confirming their orders, and processing payments, through coordinating product availability and delivery schedules. The Showroom Sales Coordinator is also responsible for managing daily cash operations, following up on orders, and supporting the readiness of the service area in coordination with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Welcome customers and provide the necessary support to ensure a professional and comfortable showroom experience.
• * Receive cash and electronic payments from customers.
• * Issue invoices and receipts and ensure their accuracy.
• * Review received amounts and reconcile them with the system.
• * Complete daily cash closing procedures and prepare reconciliation reports.
• * Maintain the daily cash float and ensure its security.
• * Process exchanges and returns in accordance with approved policies.
• * Follow up on any cash discrepancies and report them immediately.
• * Verify product availability before confirming orders.
• * Confirm delivery schedules and accurately inform customers of expected delivery dates.
• * Clearly explain company policies, expected delivery times, and order details to customers.
• * Confirm orders and ensure all required information is complete and accurately entered into the system.
• * Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams regarding pending orders, payments, and delivery updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• * Prepare and share daily reports related to cash closing, completed or pending orders, and any operational observations, in accordance with approved procedures.
• * Monitor operational issues or challenges within the showroom and report them to the Showroom Manager in a timely manner.
• * Receive initial customer feedback, direct it to the relevant department, and follow up when necessary.
• * Support the readiness of the reception area and point of sale, ensuring all necessary requirements are available to serve customers.
• * Ensure that prices, promotions, and basic product information are clearly communicated to customers in accordance with approved updates.
• * Support sales activities by understanding customer needs and directing them to suitable products or the appropriate team member when needed.
• * Collaborate with the showroom team to provide excellent customer service.
• * Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the service area and checkout counter.
• * Comply with approved attendance procedures and working hours.
• * Adhere to the company's approved financial and operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• * High school diploma as a minimum.
• * Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, sales, retail, or showroom environments is preferred.
• * Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and computers.
• * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• * Strong customer service and communication skills.
• * Accuracy, integrity, accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
