Acwa is seeking a Shift Charge Engineer for Qassim (Qudra) to oversee plant operations on shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency per SOPs, quality standards and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering and 8 years in Power/Desalination/RO plants, with experience in startup/shutdown, permits to work, and incident reporting. Preference given to candidates with Middle East experience and SAP knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering is a must.
• Post Graduate in Engineering with Power Plant Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Power / Desalination / RO Plant.
• Experience in similar plants in Middle East preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with safety rules and regulations; be aware of safety hazards.
• Familiar with plant O&M agreements, P&IDs, SOPs, Work Instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate plant to established standards with minimum risk to people, machinery and materials.
