Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain hotel equipment, bearings, gears, belts and control systems. You will ensure reliable operation of critical systems and support a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field, has four years of technical training as machinist or operations engineer, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree relevant to the role not less than 4 years.
• Four years technical training and field experience as a machinist or operations engineer
• Saudi Council of engineers certificate.
• Reading, writing and spoken English
• Background with laundry, HVAC, kitchen equipment and electrical
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Good communication to coordinate daily follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment such as bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and control mechanisms.
• Ensure reliable operation of hotel systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering team to uphold luxury guest experience.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and report issues promptly.
• Assist with on-site repairs and troubleshooting as needed
