Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead scalable enterprise implementations and transformations. You will design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and custom apps, collaborating with architects, analysts and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years IT experience with at least 5 years hands-on ServiceNow development, strong scripting, and expertise across CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management and integrations using REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Strong experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Integration Hub and Scoped Applications.
• Hands-on REST/SOAP integration development.
• Knowledge of MID Servers, LDAP, SSO and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions and Flow Designer automations.

• Support CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management and related platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Scoped Applications.
• Participate in technical design reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide technical solutions.
• Support deployments, upgrades, testing and production environments.
• Collaborate with technical architects, business analysts and enterprise customers.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a technically strong, hands‑on developer with broad ServiceNow platform knowledge and the ability to design, develop and deliver scalable solutions across multiple modules.
