Job summary

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager (Delivery) to lead a large transformation that consolidates legacy ITSM and GRC onto a single ServiceNow instance.

You will own planning, budget, risk and timelines, overseeing ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM and data privacy modules while coordinating with Oracle ERP, JIRA and internal teams. This role requires extensive governance and security compliance leadership and a banking background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project management with delivery of ServiceNow programmes.
• Delivery across ITSM and GRC/IRM in ServiceNow.
• Legacy ITSM/GRC migration experience with BMC Helix or Archer.
• Background in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, scope, budget, risk, quality and timelines for the programme
• Lead phased rollout of ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM and Data Privacy modules
• Manage legacy platform migration, data migration, cutover and decommissioning
• Coordinate integrations with Oracle ERP, JIRA and other internal systems
• Manage the implementation partner, developers, architects and consultants
• Run governance: steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, change control
• Align with CIO office and business stakeholders on requirements, acceptance and go-live
• Ensure compliance with SAMA and information security requirements

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large ServiceNow transformation that consolidates legacy ITSM and GRC platforms onto a single ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own planning, scope, budget, risk, quality and timelines for the programme
• Lead phased rollout of ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM and Data Privacy modules
• Manage legacy platform migration, data migration, cutover and decommissioning
