Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will blend business process consulting with project delivery and presales support, translating challenges into practical ServiceNow solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, design future-state workflows, document requirements, and guide engagements from discovery through implementation, collaborating with architects, developers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow Business Process Consultant experience.
• Experience supporting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, current processes and improvement opportunities.
• Assess existing processes and design future-state workflows aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and business needs.
• Translate requirements into process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Advise clients on process standardisation, service management best practices and platform adoption.
• Take ownership of project coordination, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Work with architects, developers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management and transition into operations.
• Contribute to presales activities including discovery, effort estimations, SOWs, RFP responses and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and support account teams in developing client relationships.

We are partnering with a global technology consultancy seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support enterprise clients across the Middle East. This role combines business process consulting with project delivery and presales support. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, and guide engagements from initial discovery through implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, current processes and improvement opportunities
• Assess existing processes and design future-state workflows aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and business needs
• Translate requirements into process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations within a consulting or client‑facing environment
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, with exposure to additional ServiceNow workflows advantageous
• Ability to lead workshops, challenge requirements constructively and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Experience coordinating projects or workstreams alongside business process consulting responsibilities
• Exposure to presales, scoping, estimations and proposal development
• Strong documentation, presentation and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• ServiceNow certifications and/or ITIL certification
• Experience delivering projects for enterprise customers in the GCC
• Arabic language skills
• Experience helping grow customer accounts through consultative engagement
