Job summary

Strike IT Recruitment Services is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Associate/Developer for a major digital transformation programme in Riyadh. This contract position runs 6–12 months with strong potential for extension and an ASAP start, requiring full-time onsite work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, build catalog items, handle flows, and integrate external systems via REST/SOAP, while ensuring high-quality releases through testing and environment

Qualifications

• Hands-on with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience building Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, workflows, approvals and fulfilment processes.
• Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and GlideRecord.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP and ServiceNow integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform including forms and UI policies.
• Build and maintain catalog items, record producers, and variable sets.
• Configure SLA, approvals, and fulfilment workflows.
• Develop Flow Designer flows and automated processes.
• Work with GlideRecord and ServiceNow APIs.

• Troubleshoot workflows, scripts, and data mappings.
• Manage update sets and deployments across environments.

ServiceNow Associate / Developer – Riyadh

Contract: 6–12 Months Initial Contract

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a hands‑on ServiceNow Associate / Developer to join a major digital transformation programme in Riyadh. This is an initial 6–12 month contract with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform, including forms, fields, UI Policies and platform components.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets.
• Configure and support SLAs, approvals and fulfilment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows and automated processes.
• Work with GlideRecord and other ServiceNow platform APIs.
• Support REST/SOAP and API‑based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across workflows, integrations, scripts, catalog configurations and data mappings.
• Manage Update Sets and support deployments and migrations across ServiceNow environments.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets.
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, approvals and fulfilment processes.

• Experience with ServiceNow testing, including unit, integration and regression testing.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
