Job summary

IBM is seeking an entry-level Application Developer specializing in ServiceNow implementation to design, configure, and build workflow-based solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work under guidance of senior developers and participate in the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Take part in implementing ServiceNow modules from requirements through go-live.
Gather and clarify business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
Configure the platform including forms, lists, workflows, and Flow Designer flows.
Build catalog items, record producers, service portal widgets, and reports.
Assist integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Support data import, CMDB population, testing, and defect resolution.
Prepare design docs, configuration docs, test cases, and user guides.
Use update sets and source control, following release and change processes.
Follow best practices and security policies; pursue relevant certifications.
