Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Service Sales Engineer (Saudi Nationals) in Riyadh to drive service revenue growth through development of new customers and expansion of service agreements. You will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely order bookings while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience and fluency in English and Arabic are required; a mechanical engineering degree (or MBA) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Selling service contracts and service sales within the region.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic.
• This role is Saudi Nationals only.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (e.g. repair, maintenance contracts).
• Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels.
• Achieve order bookings meeting sales targets and metrics.
• Manage existing customers and develop new ones; identify business opportunities and foster relationships.
• Provide professional proposals, offerings and technical support for digitalized service.
• Responsible for payment collection.
• Ensure acquisition of sales opportunities and meet financial targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecast and present to management.
• Execute customer visit schedules.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (e.g. service repair, maintenance contract proposals)

• Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth
• Connected service sales by Providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support in related to digitalized service.
• Responsible for payment collection
• To ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets.
• Prepares the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and presents it to management.
• Executes customer visit schedules
• Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers.

Role Purpose

Sales channel development & expansion in service agreements and service repair businesses.

• Achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building strategies
• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and solutions to package and present the most suitable options to clients

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience
• Selling service contracts and Service sales experience within region
• Proficiency in English & Arabic
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• This role is only for Saudi Nationals
• Valid driving licence
