Job summary

Rawafid is seeking an experienced Water Process Engineer to lead the design, development, optimization, and operation of water and wastewater treatment systems. The role involves delivering process designs, calculations, and SOPs, while ensuring project compliance and timely execution.

Collaboration across clients, project teams, and engineering disciplines is essential to meet safety, schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of relevant water and wastewater process experience.
• Minimum 7 years of in-Kingdom (Saudi Arabia) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, operation, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Develop, evaluate, model, and simulate new and existing treatment technologies.
• Prepare process models, mass balance calculations, and design reports.
• Size water treatment equipment, pumping stations, tanks, and related infrastructure.
• Prepare BOQs and support engineering cost estimates.
• Develop SOPs and operations manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and operational issues.
