Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in business development in the PPP sector, investment banking, private equity or corporate banking.
• Certifications in investment management field (e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst)
• Training in Corporate Governance and Board Leadership is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead NBD team’s activities in the origination phase, including market trends analysis and submission prep.
• Oversee and manage submission and closure of transaction deals in PPP projects.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, financial and maintenance workstreams to ensure successful deal closure and financial modelling.
