Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Consultant in Management Consulting to join its Riyadh team. The role supports high-impact management consulting and transformation engagements, with the Senior Consultant owning workstreams and delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations.

Travel to work across KSA and the Middle East may be required. The successful candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, economists and data specialists, to design operating models,

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of Management Consulting experience.
• Experience with Big Four or leading management consultancy desirable.
• Proven ability to lead defined consulting workstreams with independence.
• Experience in Target Operating Models and organisation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across strategy, transformation, operating model and organisational improvement.
• Structure complex client challenges; analyze and translate into insights and recommendations.
• Support design of Target Operating Models, governance frameworks and organisational capabilities.
• Undertake benchmarking and process re-engineering to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Support transformation programmes from diagnostic and design through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Assist programme mobilisation, governance, delivery planning and health checks as needed.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
