Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh seeks an experienced Consultant in Management Consulting to join its Consulting, Strategy and Advisory team. You will lead workstreams across strategy, transformation, operating model design and governance, translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations for clients in KSA and the wider region.

The role requires 6+ years in management consulting, with experience in large-scale transformation and organisation design. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of Management Consulting experience.
• Experience in Big Four or leading management consultancy desirable.
• Experience leading defined consulting workstreams with independence.
• Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models.
• Experience supporting major transformation programmes.
• Experience in organisation design, governance and effectiveness.
• Experience benchmarking, process re-engineering and capability maturity assessment.
• Experience with transformation/change management initiatives.
• Willingness to travel within KSA and wider MENA region.
• Arabic language capability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across strategy, transformation and operating model engagements.
• Structure complex client challenges and translate analysis into insights and practical recommendations.
• Support design of Target Operating Models, organisation structures and governance frameworks.
• Undertake benchmarking and process re-engineering to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Support transformation programmes from diagnostic through benefits realisation.
• Coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams and prepare client deliverables.
• Engage with client stakeholders and facilitate interviews and workshops.
• Contribute to proposals, methodologies and client presentations.
