Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Riyadh seeks a Senior Consultant to drive management consulting and transformation engagements, owning workstreams from diagnostic to implementation. You will design operating models, governance, and performance frameworks while guiding teams and client stakeholders toward practical, sustainable outcomes.

You will contribute to proposals, methodologies and thought leadership, with travel across KSA and the wider region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Management or related discipline.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred, especially in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Organisation Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across strategy, transformation, operating model and organisational improvement engagements.
• Structure complex client challenges, undertake analysis and translate evidence into insights and practical recommendations.
• Support design of Target Operating Models, organisation structures, governance frameworks and organisational capabilities.
• Undertake benchmarking, process assessment and re-engineering to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Support transformation and change programmes from diagnostic and design through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Manage workstreams, develop methodologies and implementation roadmaps, and escalate risks.
