Cohere is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our customer-facing Engineering Program Management team. If you have hands-on experience coordinating enterprise AI software projects with customers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cohere’s operations and delivering high-impact outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as an Engineering/Technical Program Manager with at least 3 years in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise AI software/solutions.
• Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization is a differentiator.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Communicate clearly across the tech org, Cohere teams, leadership, and strategic customers/external partners.
• Break down complex issues into actionable strategies and align engineering with product, business, and marketing.
• Create and manage program/project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment.
• Ensure on-time delivery, identify development needs, and establish status checkpoints.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize schedule impacts.
