Cohere is seeking Software Engineers with Applied AI experience to own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models. You will work with customers on real-world problems, delivering agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources.

The role emphasizes reliability, observability, safety, and auditable processes from day one. You'll contribute to North, Cohere's AI workspace platform, across the full product lifecycle and even extend

Formación

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
• Built and deployed production-grade AI/agentic applications.
• Experience with LLM stacks, frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-value business problems into framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools and data sources.
• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform, end-to-end.
• Own use case scoping end-to-end, extending into frontend when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns for consistent delivery across teams.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and raise engineering quality across the organization.
• Travel 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
