Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in technical or senior roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong track record delivering technical solutions in GMP settings.
• Excellent knowledge and practical application of GMP and QMS requirements.
• High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technical function at Jeddah Warehouse City within a GMP framework.
• Provide strategic direction for technical activities across the product lifecycle.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with SFDA and MOH.
• Represent the site with SFDA, MOH, and other authorities on licensing and submissions.
• Lead and front regulatory and internal audits; ensure CAPA follow-up.
• Oversee preparation, review, and approval of technical registration docs and product files.
• Approve BMR/BPR and quality planning; drive scope for audits and self-inspections.
• Ensure timely product release, recalls management, and approval of risk assessments.
• Drive talent development and succession planning within the technical team.
