Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist - Talent Programs to support the PlayPath Development Program. You will help design materials, coordinate activities, and ensure a positive participant experience while collaborating with HR teams, stakeholders, and the Program Lead.

You will track progress, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement to develop future engineering talent. The role emphasizes structured learning, rotations, and performance monitoring within an expanding talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management or career program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and development environments, including how technical teams operate and how capability is built.
• Experience delivering structured learning or talent development programs, including rotations, assessments, development plans, mentoring, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program delivery aspects: schedules, rotations, meetings, materials, communications, and logistics.
• Support participant onboarding, mentoring sessions, engagement activities, and day-to-day queries.
• Assist development of program content, templates, tools, and evaluation forms; prepare status updates and data summaries.
• Support governance steps, approvals, criteria, documentation, and reporting requirements.
