Job summary

Floward in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and secure our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. You will ensure system availability, manage user access, and provide timely technical support to employees.

Responsibilities include virtualization and server management, Azure AD/Entra ID, AD, firewalls, backups, patching, and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft/Linux/Networking are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and Windows environments.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls and patch management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer systems, servers, and virtualized environments for reliable operation.
• Install, configure, upgrade OS, software, hardware, and related IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication requirements.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
