Job summary

Noble Horizon in Riyadh is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology needs. The role ensures the availability, security, and reliability of IT services while providing technical support to employees.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT experience, a degree in IT or CS, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and cloud platforms, plus solid problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT Administration or Technical Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, networks and devices.
• Provide first and second line technical support to employees.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls, asset management and policy compliance.
• Maintain backups, documentation, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance.
