Job summary

EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services CCaSS in Riyadh seeks a commercially minded AM Manager to grow our sustainability practice in Energy and Industrials. You will blend technical insight with strategic consulting to shape projects, develop opportunities, and lead client delivery while building a high-performing team.

The role focuses on climate strategy, ESG, risk disclosure, and circular economy, with responsibility for proposals, thought leadership, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, economics, business or related field.
• MSc, MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• 5+ years of relevant sustainability, climate change or ESG strategy consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyze information, and design value-focused solutions.
• Manage workstreams across multiple engagements with timely delivery and senior stakeholder coordination.
• Develop client-ready materials, proposals and executive summaries.
