Job summary

EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) in Riyadh seeks a Riyadh-based AM/Manager to support the growth of our sustainability practice with a focus on Energy and Industrials. The role blends technical understanding with strategic consulting, client relationship building, and an entrepreneurial drive to win new opportunities.

You will work on diverse sustainability themes, shaping practical solutions and translating needs into defined projects while contributing to client delivery,

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline is required; MSc/MBA advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy or consulting experience.
• Experience across multiple sustainability topics within Energy and Industrials.
• Experience developing client deliverables, presentations, proposals, and executive communications.
• Evidence of contributing to business development or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving to define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and design value-focused solutions.
• Manage workstreams across engagements with high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to senior-level discussions in Energy and Industrials.
• Develop clear presentations, proposals, reports, and executive summaries for clients.
• Identify and shape business development opportunities and help convert them into engagements.
