Job summary

WSP in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Associate - Structural Engineering to grow our structural team and lead major building projects across the Kingdom. The role requires coordinating the local design office, managing client relationships, and delivering projects with technical excellence.

You will combine expert technical knowledge with strong business development and leadership capabilities, mentoring engineers, and representing the firm in client meetings, workshops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 18+ years of experience delivering major building projects.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience with business development and winning new work.
• Strong knowledge of design codes and BIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural delivery of complex building projects.
• Coordinate resources within Jeddah office.
• Develop client relationships and support business growth.
• Review calculations, reports, and drawings.
• Promote BIM and digital delivery best practices.
• Mentor engineers and represent the business with clients.
