Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a seasoned Technical - Structural Team Leader to oversee structural engineering efforts from Khobar. You will lead a multidisciplinary team on iconic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, driving technical excellence and sustainable design.

Office-based in Khobar with site visits and regional collaboration. Lead design, review calculations, ensure SBC compliance, and mentor engineers while coordinating with architects, MEPs, and project managers on complex commercial,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in structural engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Deep knowledge of SBC and international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering team across large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and PMs for integrated designs.
• Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and specs.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and international standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence and innovation.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
