JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Sr. Structural Manager to lead the structural engineering division for large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will drive technical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a BE/BSc or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering with a PE license (preferred), and bring at least 15 years of experience including 7+ years in senior

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in structural engineering, with at least 7 in a senior management role.
• Proven track record leading large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated with latest structural engineering advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee design, review, and approval of structural calculations, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to align designs with project objectives.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for structural challenges.
• Stay abreast of technologies and innovations in structural engineering.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across projects.
