Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to supervise large-scale building and hospitality projects. You will oversee foundation, steel, and concrete works, ensure compliance with design intent, and monitor construction through QA processes.

You will coordinate with architects, MEP and construction teams, review shop drawings and submittals, manage field reports, and contribute to project milestones while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred; PE/registration desirable.
8–12 years in structural engineering and construction supervision.
Experience on large-scale buildings and GCC/Saudi Arabia preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise structural construction activities to ensure compliance with designs and standards.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams.
Ensure QA/QC through inspection plans, tests, and corrective actions.
Monitor site progress, prepare progress reports, and support audits.
