AECOM is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design, site activities, and technical coordination for major infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will oversee designs, reviews, site supervision, and collaboration with clients and contractors to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and construction projects.
• Strong experience in structural design, construction, and site supervision.
• Experience with engineering consultancy firms is required.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.
• Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee structural engineering activities across construction and infrastructure projects.
• Review structural designs, drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Ensure structural works comply with approved designs, project specifications, and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural construction activities.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the structural engineering team.
• Identify and resolve structural design and construction issues.
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to project management.
