Keeta, based in Riyadh, seeks a seasoned Government Relations professional to manage regulatory procedures for company formation and operations. You will ensure compliance with Saudi authorities and resolve issues on platforms like BALADY and Jawazat.

You will oversee business setup, licensing, Saudization alignment, and periodic reporting, while coordinating with ministries, GOSI, MOI, and customs. Regular visits to government offices and external entities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations or business setup.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government systems and platforms, including BALADY and Jawazat.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to visit government offices and external entities frequently.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with government entities and manage licensing, renewals, and modifications.
• Follow up on attestations and resolve account issues on government platforms.
• Visit government offices to resolve inquiries and violations.
• Execute company formation procedures and support external contract processing.
• Understand Saudization requirements and manage profession changes.
• Prepare periodic reports on licensing and registration status.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure documentation compliance.
