Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, PM, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project/Construction Management or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI certification or equivalent management credentials.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in project management and stadium delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale stadium projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and performance within a PMC environment.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers, client reps, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Establish execution plans, milestones, reporting systems, and governance processes.
• Monitor progress against schedules and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Review risks, constraints, interfaces, and change requirements throughout lifecycle.
• Lead senior-level project meetings and communicate progress and decisions.
• Ensure delivery complies with specifications, contractual requirements, and safety standards.
