Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager (Lead Architect) for Saudi Arabia. The role demands an experienced architectural leader with stadium project delivery exposure and PMC background to guide complex, multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee design governance, coordinate with clients and authorities, ensure quality and schedule commitments, and drive delivery from concept to handover on major public-assembly projects in the GCC.

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
Proven stadium project delivery experience with PMC exposure.
Ability to lead architectural strategy, design reviews, coordination, and technical decisions.
Strong stakeholder and client management across senior interfaces.
Experience with multidisciplinary BIM/design coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning, design management, coordination, and delivery for large stadium projects.
Provide senior architectural leadership through concept to handover.
Manage multidisciplinary consultants, designers, contractors, and specialists.
Review drawings, specs, design packages, and coordination documents.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, functionality, and quality.
Oversee design governance, risk, change, and technical issue resolution.
Interface with senior clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
Monitor milestones and support timely issue resolution.
