Job summary

Maaden Saudi Arabian Mining Company seeks a Chief Specialist, Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker to lead enterprise-scale improvements across operations, HSE, HR and Technology. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in operations, productivity or technology-enabled improvement.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation in asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategies and roadmaps for the Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker domains.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work and improve frontline workforce effectiveness.
• Establish value drivers and performance measures linking interventions to outcomes.
• Embed safety and risk considerations into technology and improvement initiatives.
• Enable tech solutions that strengthen safe work practices and risk-based decisions.
• Translate workforce needs into integrated, scalable solutions across people, process, data and technology.
• Align stakeholders around shared outcomes and measurable requirements.
• Provide enterprise technical guidance on workforce productivity and adoption.
• Build organizational capability through knowledge transfer and reusable solutions.
