Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in engineering, business, operations management or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience across operations, transformation, productivity or safety.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation in industrial/mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategies and roadmaps for Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker domains to align with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work, remove inefficiencies and boost frontline productivity.
• Embed safety, risk considerations, and data insights into workforce technology and improvements.
• Translate workforce needs into integrated tech solutions spanning people, process, data and tech.
• Establish measures, dashboards and value tracking to prove impact and drive adoption.
