Qualifications

20+ years in engineering, technology deployment, asset-intensive environments.
Experience leading senior specialists or multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience governing enterprise portfolios and progressing solutions to deployment.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute an integrated Technology Development portfolio aligned to enterprise priorities.
Direct priority technologies through discovery, deployment and scale with clear ownership.
Establish value hypotheses, baselines and performance measures for operational outcomes.
Align priorities across technology domains to reduce fragmentation and improve synergies.
Lead Chief Specialists and senior SMEs, building a high-performance culture.
Provide senior leadership with portfolio performance insights and trade-offs.
