Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a contracts manager to oversee contracts lifecycle, ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations, and support commercial objectives in large-scale projects.

You will review amendments, coordinate with stakeholders, manage records, and mitigate risks across construction, infrastructure, real estate, and public-sector programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or related discipline.
• Experience with large-scale projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public-sector preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent are advantageous.
