Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a contracts professional to manage contracts end-to-end in a high-stakes environment in Riyadh. You will ensure compliance with obligations and regulations while supporting negotiations and amendments.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of contracts/Procurement experience, exposure to large-scale projects, and relevant certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with large-scale projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public-sector organizations preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are an advantage.
