Job summary

Alomar Holding Company in Riyadh is seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from initiation to handover. You will lead multidisciplinary site teams, coordinate with consultants and client representatives, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years in construction with at least 3 years in site leadership, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and Saudi Council of Engineers registration or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in construction/project management with 3+ years in site leadership (PM/Site PM).
• Residential construction experience on villas, townhouses, apartments, compounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site execution from initiation to handover and closeout.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, client reps, and inspections; manage RFIs, NCRs, and site instructions.
