Job summary

Air Products seeks a Senior Project Planning & Controls Engineer for site-based work in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will drive integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and performance reporting to ensure projects stay on scope, time, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical project controls, strong Primavera P6, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards; PMP is preferred. This contractor role supports BHIG and customer sites with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in project planning and controls within oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, cost control systems, and EPC execution practices.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards.
• PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools; align with engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections; track variances against budgets.
• Implement project controls procedures and maintain progress measurement systems and dashboards.
• Provide transparent reporting to customers and stakeholders on schedule and cost performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate progress data and support change management.
• Identify schedule and cost risks; develop mitigation plans and evaluate approved changes.
