Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks an Engineering Solutions Design Lead to steer the design of SCADA and RTU engineering solutions and supervise feasibility testing for development and validation.

You will craft scalable SCADA layouts, HMIs, alarm strategies, and data links; mentor engineers, set technical standards, and ensure compliance through inspections and governance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation.
• 12+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, and large-scale SCADA packages (preferably Yokogawa CI Server, FAST/TOOLS and STARDOM).
• Senior/lead experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of SCADA and RTU engineering solutions and supervise feasibility testing.
• Build scalable SCADA layouts, HMI graphics, alarm management, and database links.
• Direct engineering teams, mentor staff, and set coding and technical standards across sites.
