Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries invites a Project Execution Lead to drive control system projects for water distribution, chemical, petrochemical, and offshore/onshore SCADA systems. You will manage software integration, hardware planning, and supplier coordination across Saudi Arabia and global centers.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering with 10–12 years in project and service domains, experience with PCS 7, and the ability to lead subprojects and collaborate across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Technical leadership in automation projects.
• Experience with OT security concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control system solutions per technical specs and standards.
• Create project specifications & clarifications with suppliers and customers (Water, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas SCADA, ESD).
• Oversee software engineering, third‑party integrations, and hardware planning for control cabinets.
• Perform functional tests, optimizations, and delivery to customers.
• Prepare, review, and update project documentation; support bidding efforts.
