Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, forecasting, and deal structuring.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex solution sales programs focused on enterprise SuccessFactors HCM solutions through consultative selling and strategic account management.
• Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to customer needs and SAP solution priorities.
• Conduct discovery meetings with C-level executives and HR leaders to uncover objectives around talent management and workforce optimization.
• Govern pipeline health and booking performance, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from engagement to closure, and forecast revenue against targets.
• Mentor Solution Sales Executives on SuccessFactors capabilities and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure viable solutions and smooth onboarding.
