Job summary

Wissen Digital is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead to guide payroll and personnel process implementations for Saudi Arabia and UAE regions. You will lead design workshops, configure localization, and ensure PA/OM/Time Management integration aligns with statutory requirements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP HCM Payroll, knowledge of KSA/UAE payroll requirements, and at least one S/4HANA Private Cloud deployment. Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience required.
• Experience configuring KSA/UAE payroll localization.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation.
• Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and time evaluation.
• Experience in payroll migration, parallel runs and payroll-to-finance integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM payroll design workshops and implementation activities.
• Manage KSA/UAE payroll configuration and localization requirements.
• Configure and manage payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and time evaluation.
• Handle Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management integration.
• Manage retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, time evaluation and payroll posting.
• Lead payroll migration, parallel runs, reconciliation and testing activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure payroll compliance with KSA/UAE statutory requirements.
