Seppin Labs is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Migration & S/4HANA Payroll Consultant for a 10-12 month project. Hybrid work model: onsite in Saudi Arabia and remote from India. Requires 8+ years of SAP HCM experience and strong payroll expertise to drive migration and payroll configuration.

The role encompasses data migration, payroll schema handling, testing, go-live support, and collaboration with stakeholders across locations and teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• Hands-on SAP HCM migration project experience.
• Proven SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia payroll requirements.
• Arabic and English communication skills mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to KSA for several months and work remotely from India during other project phases.
