Job summary

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead based in Saudi Arabia to shape and lead the functional design of a large-scale Salesforce programme for a major enterprise client in the Kingdom.

You’ll need to lead cross-functional teams, partner with other project leads, and manage stakeholders at every level of the organisation, delivering experience strategy and platform development with a proven client project track record.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
• 6+ years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Data and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Lead on the engagement, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget and client satisfaction.
• Become a trusted advisor to the client, guiding efforts to manage and exceed expectations.
• Build and sustain strategic client relationships, and run programmes that address client needs.
• Anticipate client needs and argue for high-ROI solutions that may challenge current thinking.
• Understand the client’s business, internal dynamics, industry and competition to bring the right solutions.
• Run the account proactively: spot opportunities, foresee risks and contribute to account growth.
• Align platform capabilities with business goals and strategy.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and guide their implementation.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver bold ideas and efficient delivery.
• Deliverables include roadmaps, MVP definition, feature prioritisation and agile reviews.
• Train the client’s team to adopt the new system.
